The mobile applications and website are designed to support features including, but not limited to: - Motorcycle and crew tour management - Trip bookings and rental interactions - Community event discovery and sign-ups - Participation in riding clubs, academies, and campaigns - Booking of media production or service collaborations - Viewing and requesting content or event-related materials You must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/legal guardian consent to use the services meaningfully. 3. Intellectual Property Rights All content, images, videos, text, illustrations, logos, icons, and software available across our platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Cruiserverse Ventures Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
